Child, Youth, Family Support Program Team
The Child, Youth and Family Support Program (CYFSP) provides an integrated and collaborative, child-centred and family-focused service system which meets the needs of vulnerable children, youth and families in our community. Gugan Gulwan CYFSP team is comprised of Early Childhood Worker, Youth Worker and a Family Support Worker who work in tandem to support young people and their families.
To access Case Management, a completed Referral Form needs to be filled out and sent to [email protected].
