At Gugan Gulwan Youth Aboriginal Corporation, our team is guided by culture, community, and connection. We walk alongside First Nations children, young people, and families in the ACT and surrounds, providing support that is grounded in respect, cultural strength, and the wisdom of our Elders.

Our staff come from First Nations backgrounds and experiences, yet we all share one purpose: to keep our young people strong, safe, and supported. Each team member brings their own cultural knowledge, professional skills, and deep commitment to the wellbeing of our community.

We honour the stories of our Ancestors and recognise that our work today continues a long tradition of caring for one another on this Country. Guided by principles of self‑determination, cultural identity, and community leadership, the Gugan Gulwan team walks with our young people as they grow into confident, resilient future leaders.
