How to Lodge a Grievance & Complaint

At Gugan Gulwan, we are committed to maintaining positive, respectful, and culturally safe relationships within our workplace and community. We recognise that at times concerns may arise, and community members have the right to raise a grievance if they feel an issue remains unresolved. We take all concerns seriously and approach each matter with respect, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.

Step 1 – Lodging the Grievance & Complaint

If your grievance relates to a Gugan Gulwan employee or service, you may lodge your concern directly by sending an email to [email protected] or by completing the form below.

Step 2 – Acknowledgement

Your grievance will be acknowledged within 72 hours of being received. This acknowledgement may include a request for further information to ensure your concern is fully understood.

Step 3 – Review and Follow-Up

Your grievance will be reviewed by the CEO or Board of Directors, where appropriate. You will be kept informed throughout the process until the matter is resolved.
